Management structure
RISE Acreo AB is the Project Coordinator of the NanoMag project. Work package leaders and task leaders are appointed for each Work package. Both have important technical and project leadership roles, supported by a system of internal reporting. Communication is "vertically" between task leaders, work package leaders, and responsible bodies of partners; and "horizontally" between different work packages; and between the NanoMag project and the European Commission. The management structure is visualized in the figure below.
